#1090 Mechs Starting w/out pilot & Pilot starting dismounted
I can think of several scenarios where I'd like to start pilots outside of their mechs and have them "run to the mech, mount it, and then try for startup"
This would require the manual shutdown/startup and begin game shutdown feature requests I've also assigned to myself.
Rules to be implemented include those in TacOps pg. 196 relating to continuing active electronics & pg. 216 taking control of units.
This is implemented in the current version

Per BT Forums: Pilots being picked up needs changed around some.
If this is in the release how does it work?
I've been trying to figure out how to do this for a while now. It never occured to me that it might not be a feature that existed yet.
