Initial Comment:
In the routine intform we have code to handle exp(r*log(x)) expressions. But the code does not work as expected. We do not get the desired results:

The following is not fully evaluated:

(%i1) integrate((exp(3/2*log(x))+1)/sqrt(x),x);
(%o1) 'integrate(x,x)+2*sqrt(x)

The following is equivalent to 3*x^2, but gives a noun form:

(%i2) integrate(3*sqrt(x)*exp(3/2*log(x)),x);
(%o2) 3*'integrate(sqrt(x)*%e^(3*log(x)/2),x)
