cot(0) is absolutely correct ("The number 0 isn't in the domain of cot
 -- an error.  To debug this try debugmode(true);"), but cot(%pi) and tan(%pi/2) say nothing, the result of float(tan(%pi/2)) is -8.165889364191922*10^15
