The second time the "align with progressiveMauve" dialogue is used, the align button is moved off of the borders of the window (see attached image).
One must restart Mauve to be able to do a new alignment.
Hi Krister, looks like you're on linux, do you know which JVM version you've got and which version of Mauve? the layout makes me think you might be on 2.3.1. A 2.4.0 was released late last year which included some repairs to GUI bitrot, in particular the align window layouts, so if there's still trouble it would be great to nail down the java version involved.

I should have checked for a new version.
2.4.0 doesn't have the problem.
I can't figure out how to close the bug on sourceforge though.
