#579 Assertion failure firing weird Organic weapon in Marathon Red

Shortly after the transformation in Marathon Red, while standing on a staircase in the Mosh Pit level, after using the primary fire on the power that replaces the Conch Miner, I experienced an assertion failure on line 2050 of GameWorld/weapons.cpp. The function in question deals with calculating the post-offset position of a weapon's projectile; the assertion guards against the possibility of utterly failing to find a correct origin polygon.

I will try to reproduce this, but I suspect it was just a bizarre fluke.

(Worth mentioning, the program continued to execute with no apparent issues after dismissing the assert dialog.)
