[Lxde-i18n] All fields are grey in pootle

Hello !

I would like to join translation effort for LXDE (Slovenian language). I
registered on Pootle chose Slovenian as my language and tried to translate
some strings.
My problem is that translation field is gray and i cannot add anything to
it. The filed with comments is white and I can write to it.
Is this a permission issue?
I tried to contact the only person who translated in slovenian over email on
21.12.2010 and 3.1.2011 and i still haven't recieved any reply from him.
That's why I am asking for your assistance with this issue
