[Lxde-list] LXPanel: Spanish translation

Hello

I found the way to translate LXPanel to Latinamerican Spanish.  Here is
the .po file.  I hope it could be added to future releases.
I made it with Poedit and then I tested the .mo file.  It seems to work
ok.  Besides I have to remark that my Spanish is much better than my
English ;-)
