[Libusb-devel] how to run the program as user?

hi,
i have written a program using libusb in C, for linux.
i am able to read the data using bulk mode.

i am able to run the program only as superuser(root).
i want to know what permission i should set & to which
device in /dev/ to run my program as any user?

every time i re-connect the device, the device number
changes. so how do i set the permission, so that it
works everytime?
