No idea. It's far too difficult to keep track of the state of Linux, never mind the current popularity of different snapshots of what is "current art". The above is just what I've arrived at after been beaten up by some of the Linux desktop people. The second approach (use a group) will always work of course, but may require extra user actions, such as creating the group and making themselves a member of it. Graeme Gill. |
