Sync vs. async transfers is only relevant on the host. The big difference between 0.1 and 1.0 in what type of data can be transferred is that 0.1 doesn't do isoc without a patch. Async vs sync is about maximum attainable throughput. 1.0 has higher performance, but no transfers on the bus are "async". Nothing you do in your device, except an isoc pipe, requires 1.0. //Peter |
