I will add his howto to the CVS version of the code and make a link to it from the main web page... Thanks for pushing this. One year ago I took part in a very interesting discussion on implementing high order elements in libmesh, and I was supposed to take part in this. Unfortunately priorities changed (as well as my location) and so far I couldn't dedicate enough time to it. The project has finally started recently, so I may reconsider the whole issue again in the future. Right now I'm in the process of reimplementing an in-house Navier-Stokes solver (Uzawa and pressure correction Stokes solvers and characteristic convective update, explicit marching in time), and I'd like to do it using libmesh. I've seen on the developer's list archives that Martin Luthi posted a Howto draft in December, but the attachment wasn't there anymore. I'd really like to take a look at that before asking random questions on the list...
