Hi,

  I wanted to get a clarification about the qoi funtionality. I am planning
on creating a DifferentialbleQoI object and attach it to the FEMSystem for
calculation.

  I noticed, however, that the qoi vector in system needs to be resized
independent of the number of qois calculated by this object. Is this
intentional? Or would it make sense to add a statement in attach_qoi to
resize the System::qoi vector based on the number of qois calculated by the
DIfferentiableQoI?

  I would appreciate some guidance on this.
