[Libmesh-devel] Rotating a 1D mesh

Hi!

What's the reason for asserting

mesh.mesh_dimension() != 1

in MeshTools::Modification::rotate()? Rotating a 1D mesh seems to work for me in opt mode, but the assertion obviously fails in dbg mode.
