[Libmesh-devel] Compiling libMesh with a C++ PETSc

For some time, we've had the problem that, to work around a problem
with compiling against older versions of the C PETSc API, we've used
an overzealous 'extern "C"' that broke compiling against newer
versions of the C++ PETSc API.  I've just committed a fix that should
handle PETSc 2.3.0 and above, but naturally since the results are
configuration dependent it's tricky to test.  If anyone following the
SVN head suddenly sees PETSc-related compilation errors, let me know.
