No, I wanted to make sure you compile *libMesh* with the same mpicc-like scripts you use for PETSc. The MPI compiler scripts should get all the MPI libraries automatically, and if they do not then certainly the MPI installation is to blame. Anyway, I am glad you have a work-around. -Ben |
