#1324 Different behavior when copying password from KeePass

I have a password saved in Keepass that works fine for logging into the SAP OSS (https://service.sap.com/) when I choose "view entry" and then display the password and copy the displayed string. When I select "copy password" by right clicking the entry in the list and paste that into the auth dialog it does not work.
All other passwords work fine.
English KeePass 2.27 on German Windows 7/64

Most likely you have a placeholder in your password. You can review all placeholders here:
http://keepass.info/help/base/placeholders.html

If you think that there's no placeholder in your password, please post an example password that allows reproducing the issue.

Do you mean you edit the entry and copy the password from there? There is no need to do this as it is easy to mistakenly make a change to the entry. Instead, right click on the entry and select Copy Password.
