Read and respond to this message at: https://sourceforge.net/forum/message.php?msg_id=3354848 By: nobody Good morning, every one, Maybe you can help me. I am using Jung to develop a tool for analysizing citation network. The citation network is a directed one. I have tried DegreeDistributionRanker, PageRank, and BetweennessCentrality to measure the importance of nodes (paper as nodes in my network). The method of BetweennessCentrality gave me a more different result compared to the other two. My question is whether BetweennessCentrality is appropriate for a directed network. Which importance measure is best for a directed netowrk. Please help me. Thanks a lot. ______________________________________________________________________ You are receiving this email because you elected to monitor this forum.
