The graph is fully connected, and after the filtering I call the restart() method
of my VisualizationViewer, which - I presume - resets all previous values.

Aside this problem I have modified KKLayout using DijkstraShortestPath instead
of UnweightedShortestPath to display weighted distances. It works fine. Of course
it reproduces the same error (offscreen Vertex), but thanks to the weight I
have some control on the value of the distance, and I can recenter the vertices.
Here you need to rescale the edges'weight. This rescale method or information
is missing somewhere. For my graph, the KKLayout with DijkstraShortestPath gives
the best result when the weight is between 0.1, and 1.1.

It would be nice, if there were an AbstractShortestPath class or interface with
the methods getDistance(), setGraph(), reset()...etc The layout would be independent
of the shortest path object.
