They are actually provided by StaticLayout, but StaticLayout doesn't actually do anything itself, it just uses whatever positions are given to it. We don't have a layout algorithm that will do exactly what you depict there. If you want something like that, you'll need to provide your own implementation of Layout. You may be able to use TreeLayout as a starting point, but what you're asking for is somewhat more complicated than just "lay this out as a tree/forest", because (for instance) you don't want all the roots at the same level.
