i tried the what-if on a open model, changing the arrival rate. It works , and at the end of the simulations the results are shown.
The requested number of runs are all executed or the simulation never end the last model? It may be that with some values of the controlled parameter the model saturate?
We need more info. Could you send us the file of your model or at least the parameters you used?
We need also info on the operating system of your computer (including version, like windows 7, Ubuntu xxx, ...). Did you use the last version of JMT?

I try to understand your data.
Just a preliminary comment: pay attention because sometimes the results window is shown in the background, below the other windows, so you can not see it directly. You should search for it changing the order of the windows.
You say: exponential service rate of the three queues in the pool to 0.001> That means an average service TIME of 1000 (the inverse of the RATE)! In this case the queue is in super-saturation with the default arrival rate of 1!
If you want to say that 0.001 is the mean service TIME , then, assuming that you have three queue in parallel and the load is splitted evenly among them, the utilization of each station is 0.333 x 0.001, so very small, and far from the saturation. Now, you do not mention the values of the control parameter (I assume that you selected the arrival rate) but if the "what-if" is executed it means that all the models (including the one with the last value, the bigger) are not in saturation and thus you should see the results window (may be below the other windows).

Hi,
try this model: a source, exp.arrival rate=1, one queue with mean service time =0.1, one sink. Select the indexes: number of customers, response time, utilization.
Select the control parameter of the what-if as "arrival rate": from 1 to 10.2 in 10 steps. Then start the simulation. In spite that it is in saturation with the biggest value of arrival rate = 10.2 , the results are shown.
So you have problems with your model.

I try to understand your data.
Just a preliminary comment: pay attention because sometimes the results window is shown in the background, below the other windows, so you can not see it directly. You should search for it changing the order of the windows.
