Category: General Group: 1.0.x Status: Open >Resolution: Fixed Priority: 3 Private: No Submitted By: Martin (matinh) Assigned to: David Gilbert (mungady) Summary: XYStepRenderer has 2 passed but needs only 1 Initial Comment: The XYStepRenderer class derives from XYLineAndShapeRenderer which needs two passes to render the data. The XYStepRenderer however needs only one pass but doesn't override the method getPassCount(). IMHO the following method should be added to the XYStepRenderer class: public int getPassCount() { return 1; } ---------------------------------------------------------------------- >Comment By: David Gilbert (mungady) Date: 2008-09-24 07:56 Message: I've committed to Subversion the change described in my last comment. This will be included in the 1.0.12 release. Regards, Dave ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Comment By: David Gilbert (mungady) Date: 2008-09-23 09:12 Message: Good spot. For the fix, I'll actually retain the 2 steps and draw the item labels in the second step (right now, they can get partially overwritten by the line connecting to the next point - so it is better to draw the labels in the second pass). But I'll have to come back to that later...
