If I have a split pane with editpane scope for both editpanes, and then I drag and rop from one buffertabs to the toher, it would be nice if that worked.
it would give jEdit a more eclipsey look and feel.
NOTE: forbid DnD between views unless bufferset scope is NOT global.
Also, forbid DnD between splitpanes unless bufferset scope IS editpane (because otherwise the contents of the buffersets must be the same all the time).
