#236 LucenePlugin: Add progress indication when creating an index

When a project / tree index is created, there is no progress indication - only the indication that indexing is being performed.
For project indexing, this is easy because we know the number of nodes ahead of time. For tree indexing, there's a need for a pre-phase to check the number of nodes that will be indexed, so we can report the progress later.
