Create/Update Index for for current project.
There is no action offered by lucene plugin.
I realize it won't do anything if projectviewer is not installed, but it would still be nice to be able to bind that to a shortcut.

Also, if the lucene dockable of the current view is not currently using it, then that index should be selected after the create/update index action.

This is currently available as a context menu item on the project. Is that not sufficient?
