#345 Project Viewer Dialog Box Not Appearing

I upgraded to the latest Project Viewer plugin. While the new
menu is nice, the side dialog box that contained the project does
not appear anymore. This makes it impossible for me to edit my
project as I do not know what files are in my project. The menus
for the Project Viewer plugin work fine.

Could you please attach the activity log to this bug so I
could analyze it?

Try to go to jEdit's global options -> Docking, and dock the
PV window somewhere. Let me know whether it works or not.

I've re-added the shortcut to open the window to the
plugin's menu in the next version.
