#889 Handle 'The' prefix for journal names abbreviation

Some journals put a "The" in front of the journal name when exporting a citation. This blocks the abbreviation. It would be nice if Jabref automatically striped the "The" when abbreviating journal names. For Example:
The Journal of Chemical Physics => J. Chem. Phys.
Journal of Chemical Physics => J. Chem. Phys.

The only downside is that the "The" part will not be added again when unabbreviation the journal name but this is in my opinion a non-issue.
