#848 Changge default option of "Push to external Application" for Oo Plugin

Hello,
currently it is possible to push a citation to an external application (eg. via ctrl+L). This speeds up the process of citing very much. For the OpenOffice Plugin ,however, the "cite-special" function is called (with a new window opening and asking for additional information). I think it would be much more efficient to call just the usual cite function. I think the "Cite special" function is not nearly as often needed as the usual "Cite" function
