#823 PDF Highlighter/Note in Jabref

I would like to have a pdf viewer/highlighter embedded in Jabref, and also a separate window for noting/commenting pdf files. This feature is presented in Mendeley/ or Papers for MAC OS and it'd be really helpful. Because you don't simply note down the reference, you also need to read/comment/highlight it.
