#781 Customizing the key generator

I would like the possibility to customize the key generator so that I get Keys of the type:
[authors][year][title]
while forcing the words of title and authors to have the first letter in upper case and the others in lower case.
To clarify with an example, I would like to have keys of the type:

BaldassarreMirolliMannellaVonHosftenMcDonald2012TitleOfTheArticleWithWordsWithUppercaseInitialLetters

This seems now not possible as the options are only to force *all* letters in uppercase or lowercase.
