#757 Batch action for duplicates

Hi there,

When one has duplicates when clicking "Import into current database",
different actions are possible ("Remove old entry", "Remove entry from import" or "Both").
Unfortunately these actions can only be performed entry per entry (which can be long).
It would be nice if these actions (say "Remove old entry") could be performed in one click for all the selected duplicates.
