#756 Merging / copying groups ?

I can copy and paste entries from one DB to another and, with the help of the timestamp, kind of "synchronize" different bibtex DBs of mine. However, I have found no way to synchronize/merge the group structure. Also, copy/paste will not transfer group membership, even if the group exists in both the source and the target DB. Requests:
- Merging(copying/importing group structures of different DBs
- Copy/paste of entry: option to transfer group memberships as well

Hello again,

I have kind of worked around the problem of synchronizing different Bibtex DBs with the Dropbox service and a heightened working discipline of mine. Yet, I think the "transfer" of group properties would be a beneficial feature.

The newest development version will write the explicit group membership as a normal field. Thus groups memberships now carry over to another database.
