#674 bibutils integration into JabRef GUI

bibutils ia a module library that allow to convert between various bibliography formats using a common MODS-format XML intermediate.
It is more reliable than the currently available file type conversions within JabRef. bibutils is GNU/GPL licensed, properly maintained and available from
https://sourceforge.net/p/bibutils/home/Bibutils/
Integration of these modules or their command line versions into the JabRef GUI would give in one go many more import and export formats.
