#623 Direct Arxiv Link + automatic download

There are two features, which I miss in jabref:

I would find it very usefull to also have a direct link to arxiv.org if the information is given in the bibtex file

I would also prefere an automatic download of all the papers in the database do the hard disc. This would be very usefull, if there is no internet connection available.
