#622 Subversion support

Subversion support for the bibliography (current bib file) and the documents in the document folder relative to the bib file (e.g., ./doc). This can include 'checkout', 'status', 'update', 'add', and 'commit'. Also more advanced svn operations like 'diff' and 'log' might be useful.
