#611 auto-file confirmation dialog: make settings sticky

I use drag and drop of downloaded pdf's to have jabref auto-file and rename them, which is very handy.

after dropping, a dialog appears asking about wether to rename the file and wether to move or copy it. if the file has metadata, another dialog asks what to do with them.

i always use the same import settings, so i end up always clicking the same radio buttons upon importing a file link.

it would increase usability if

1. these dialogs coud be combined into a single popup, and

2. if the chosen settings were remembered from the last import.

I heartily agree. I make the same choices each type (copy & rename).
