When viewing abstracts it would be nice to have some words highlighted in colour or bold, e.g. BACKGROUND, METHODS, RESULTS, etc. so that they stand out when reading the abstract. It would be nice to be able to have the user specify what this list should be. Even nicer would be to have multiple sets, so that BACKGROUND, METHODS, RESULTS, etc. could be highlighted in blue bold (for example) and other words of interest related to what I'm currently working on could be in another colour. E,g. if I am looking diabetes prevalence, I might want to be able to quickly see words such as 'prevalence', 'self-reported', 'OGTT', 'fasting', etc.
