Create two key patterns:
(1) titleN - display the first N words of the title
(2) :titlecase - display the words of the field in titlecase, so only the first letter of each word is capitalized

Using these two in combination, here is an example:
given article title: Neural responses to large scale stimuli

using the following [title4:titlecase] would give: NeuralResponsesToLarge
