#51 make 'field content selector' autocollect

Hi!

If the so called 'field content selector' would no only offer strings
that have been entered via "manage -> add" but also strings that
have been entered in the adjacent field (in other bibtex-entries of
course), ease-of-use would be improved.

I will consider adding this, perhaps as an optional behaviour.

In the meantime, if you edit the selector combobox directly (without
clicking Manage), and press enter, the word(s) will be copied to the text
field, and added to the selector. This is useful, but perhaps not very
obvious.
