Two other things which might be really helpful!

(a) search
searching within pdf's but not coupled with standard search, takes probably too long - we have 1400 entrys at the moment... increasing.

(b) DB administration
searching for orphaned files in main file directory which are not linked to any entry

(c) luxury stuff
Keyword generation from pdf content
