It would be great if JabRef could synchronize its data base with refbase (http://refbase.sourceforge.net/) or if JabRef could be used even as frontend to refbase. In this case, it would be very easy to have a common literature data base with colleagues at different locations (without having access to a common file server). Moreover, the common literature database could be used either with the convenient JabRef desktop application or with a web browser from any pc via the refbase web interface.
