#391 Add "Last changed" date/time to each record

I use JabRef to keep up-to-date an online library that is too cumbersome to edit online. Instead I edit JabRef and upload changes in bulk (using the excellent export function!). To find out what to upload I just select the entries with dates newer than the last upload.

However, sometimes existing entries change and then I would like to have some way of knowing that they changed. Ideally, what is now collected to a "new" entry should also be collected for a "changed" entry: username and date/time.
