the advanced table html export is amazing. the possibility of adding links to pdf's, next to the [bibtex],and[abstract] link would further increase the greatness. I tinkerd a bit in the layout source, but was confused. maybe it is possible to have a couple of static booleans defining what is included in the output. (witch can then be manually altered in the layout files if desired)
