#331 preferences profiles

Hello!

I'm working with several bibtex databases, and each of
them uses different fields, different key styles,
different sort criteria, a different PDF path, etc.

It would be nice to be able to switch easily between
different sets of preferences (profiles) for the
different files. Especially, when you have opened two
different databases in different tabs, it would be nice
if the profile would stick to the tab, so that you can
easily handle both databases.

JabRef has the possibility to import and export
preferences, which is already quite useful for this
case. However, the set of preferences does not change
when you change the tab, and furthermore, it is
sometimes not possible to see which set of preferences
is currently loaded, as they may only come into play
when actually doing something, and furthermore, the
preferences file always has to be located.

I know that this might be a lot of work, but it might
be worth the trouble.
