What:
Make the *.cgi a recognised extension in the import
dialog box.

Why:
The reference database ISI Inspec, one of the most
important in the field of physics, exports the
references to a file named by default "uml_view.cgi".
Now in the dialog box of File|Import into new/current
database, one has tho change the type of files dropbox
to 'all files' to be able to load it.
