#266 default entry type for webpages

i cite and need to keep references from a huge number
of webpages. it would be nice to have a built-in entry
type for webpages, including a "date accessed" field.

Maybe this functionality could also fetch the title of the
page directly from the web. Idem for author (if a meta tag
is present).
