Well, I know - BibTex is mostly used by people who
don't like/wanna use MS Word. But sometimes one has to
- and it would be great to serve all document types
with one literature database (managment tool).

    Is the Harvard RTF suited for this? Maybe some more control
    on the formatting could help.

    There is a Word add-in. Search for Bibtex4Word. This add-in allows you to choose the Jabref-database and search it, insert.
