#250 CVS support

My sugestion for an interesting feature for JabRef
would be to allow a bib file to be synchronized with
one stored in a CVS (SVN, or WebDAV) repository. When
editing multiple articles and sending them around with
multiple people editing them I think it would be
interesting to be able to sync the bib to get my own
references during the writing of a paper as well as to
upload refereces from co-authors.
This might be redundant given the amount of CVS tools
around, but if there is any open source CVS component
(eclipse might use one of these) that could be easily
plugged into JabRef, it would be a nice addition.
If you find the idea interesting, I would be willing to
contribute my time in implementing it.
