A very useful improvement for a lot of us writing
scientific papers is to complete partial references.
I have a large bibtex file with hundreds of references
which misses the title. But I have the journal name,
the issue number and the starting parge which is enough
to search the title on the publisher website.
For example all ACS (American Chemical Society) and AIP
(American Institute of Physics) publications could be
easily searched. You could also easily download the pdf
file once you have the reference.
Unfortunately I cannot write Java but I can easily
provide information on the specifics of ACS and AIP
publications.

Thanks,
Lello.
