#235 Add possibility to link djvu files (similar to pdf/ps)

There is a very convenient and light format for
scanned materials: djvu. One can use this format to
store documents using less disk space as pdf. It would
be great if it were possible to add in Preferences >
External Programs a "Path to DJVU viewer", that can be
a web browser with a djvu plugin, for example Firefox
o Safari, or a standalone program, for example djview
(linux).

    For scanned documents a TIFF-viewer would be great,
    but DJVU has a higher priority for me. My scanned documents
    are in DJVU have got only one sixth the size of a
    tiff-compressed(FAX G4) PDF. Btw im thinking of B&W
    documents.
