#229 External Program Call

Would it be possible to add an option to do the following:

- call an arbitrary external program
- provide info about currently selected entry in the
command line

for example:

SomeProgram.exe "Title" "Author" "Publisher"

where Title, Author, Publisher are substituted with the
respective info of the currently selected entry.

This would be a great feature to have since this would
enable users to interface their own tools with Jabref.
